How much does it cost to attend a workshop?
Pricing depends on the project you choose. Costs vary based on size, shape, and any personalization. You can browse our gallery of projects to see pricing. There are no additional fees to attend the workshop—it’s all included in your project price.
Do you offer mobile parties?
We sure do! Painted Pallet Studio started as a mobile DIY experience. We bring everything you need to create beautiful wooden decor—right to your home, office, church, or event space.
There is a $25 travel fee, and we require a minimum of 10 guests for mobile parties. It’s the perfect option for birthdays, team-building, girls’ nights, and more!
What supplies do I need to bring?

If you’re hosting: You’ll provide tables, chairs, and a well-lit space for your group.

Are kids allowed to attend a party?
Absolutely! We love crafting with kids ages 3 and up, and we offer special project options designed just for younger makers. If you're attending an adult party, check with your host to confirm whether it’s a kid-friendly event.
Do I have to pick my project in advance?
Yes—your registration secures your spot and helps us prepare your materials. You’ll select your project, provide any custom details, and pay during registration.
What if I have a custom design idea?
We love custom requests! If you have a special design in mind, message us using the chat tab on our website or email us at paintedpalletstudio@hotmail.com.
What if I have no artistic skill?
That’s totally okay! No experience is needed. We guide you step-by-step and are always nearby if you want extra help. You’ll leave with something you’re proud of—we promise.
Can I pick my own paint colors?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to over 37 colors at your workshop, along with sample swatches to help you decide. Use as many as you like—this is your time to get creative!
How long do workshops last?
Most workshops last about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the group size.
What if I can’t attend after signing up?
We totally understand that plans can change. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information.
Custom Orders – What You Need to Know
Is there a cost for custom designs?
Yes—custom designs include a $15 design fee. That covers up to three digital proofs so we can tweak and adjust your design until it’s just right. We want you to love it before we ever cut or paint a thing.
How much notice do you need?
We ask for at least 3 days’ notice for all custom orders. That gives us enough time to design, proof, and prep your project with the attention and care it deserves.
What if I need a rush order?
Running short on time? Life happens—reach out and we’ll do our best to help. Rush orders depend on our current schedule, and additional fees may apply (we’ll always let you know in advance).
Can I see a preview before you make it?
Absolutely! Your $15 design fee includes up to three digital proofs. We’ll work together to make sure everything looks perfect before we start creating.
Do you offer refunds on custom pieces?
Since your piece is made just for you, custom orders are non-refundable. But don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the design process step by step to make sure you’re thrilled with the final result.
