Shipping Policy
Each item is made to order with love. Please allow 5-7 business days before your order ships There may be potential shipping delays during holiday seasons due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the US for small or medium sized items, and a $19.90 flat rate for larger or oversized items.

Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5-7 business days. We will contact you via email or phone number you provided at checkout to let you know that your order is ready for pickup.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at paintedpalletstudio@hotmail.com for more information.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Painted Pallet Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at paintedpalletstudio@hotmail.com with your name and order details, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our business and personalization; we are unable to offer a refund. Cancellation of private parties must be made 1 week in advance of the scheduled event as materials are custom cut for each party. If a participant cancels with the host/hostess within 48 hours of the class, they will receive their project as a DIY kit or they are welcome to come into the studio during open paint hours to complete their project.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at paintedpalletstudio@hotmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
