Cancellation Policy + Disclaimers
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of our business and personalization; we are unable to offer a refund. Cancellation of private parties must be made 1 week in advance of the scheduled event as materials are custom cut for each party. We set the date aside for your party; we do not double book. Should the hostess cancel less than 7 days before the event, the $75 booking fee will not be returned. If a participant cancels with the host/hostess within 48 hours of the class, they will receive their project as a DIY kit or they are welcome to come into the studio during open paint hours to complete their proje
In the event that you cannot participate in a workshop, your sign will be available for you to pick up and complete on your own within 30 days of the party. After this date, all materials will be returned to the shelf, with NO REFUND GIVEN. *If you will be able to attend a different event within the 30 days, you are more than welcome to paint your sign there!
We understand life happens but ask participants to extend the courtesy of notifying the host/hostess if they are unable to attend the party. CREDIT ONLY WILL BE GIVEN.
